ABOUT ME
JONAH BERMAN
Fitness was never just about searching for larger muscles for me? It started as something to share with my dad. Some of my best childhood memories are me sitting in the gym with my dad, him teaching me the ins and outs and me remembering that consistency reigns supreme above all. What stuck with me wasn’t the movements themselves, it was the connection, the stability, and the feeling of direction that the gym gave me. That same feeling has carried me through every period of my life, and that’s why I do what I do now.

As your NASM certified personal trainer, my job is to take you to that same place of steadiness. Even when life is busy and anything but consistent. What I am particularly good at is taking busy professionals who are tired of trying to figure out how to fit their health into already busy lifestyles. If you're constantly on the road, toggling between family and office, or just tired of programs that won’t fit into reality, I will do the heavy lifting for you while also teaching you "how to fish" not just catching them for you.

I’m not here to only help you build an impressive physique or lose some body fat. My goal is to help you find a balance between your fitness and everything else you’ve got going on in life.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter plans. Instead, I focus on teaching you the “why” behind what we do, so you’re not just being handed answers but actually learning how to make fitness work for you. Along the way, you’ll discover how to lose fat, build lean muscle, and create habits that actually stick, all without giving up the things you love.
At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident knowing you can build, adjust, and maintain your health no matter how busy life gets.
